FLIR T620 & FLIR T640 Thermal Imaging Camera

The FLIR T620 and FLIR T640, like the other thermal cameras in the FLIR T Series, are functional and practical with a high level of technical specifications for their position within the thermal imaging camera market. However, there are some key differences between these and other FLIR T Series infrared cameras which really set them apart in terms of performance.

As well as a rotating optical block for ease of use, a 5 megapixel camera with 4.3" touchscreen and resolution of 640 x 480 combine to deliver fantastic thermal imaging. Images appear clear and crisp both on both the camera display and a PC monitor. There is also a viewfinder present on the FLIR T640 infrared camera which is ideal for outdoor use or when the LCD screen is not used.

The FLIR T620/ T640 also display smaller temperature differences than other FLIR T Series thermal cameras, being able to detect and present differences as small as 0.04°C.

FLIR Thermal Fusion has also been incorporated into the FLIR T620 and FLIR T640 cameras. Thermal Fusion is a unique method of displaying both visible and infrared images at the same time, which allows for easier identification and interpretation of thermal imaging results.

As well as including all other features present within the FLIR T Series, another useful addition to the T620 and T640 cameras is a thumbnail image gallery function, which can be used to view multiple images at the same time, making finding and viewing thermal photographs much quicker and easier.
